For this, a proposal is being prepared by the Women’s Welfare Department. In the first phase, proposals are being prepared for 13 districts. It will soon be placed before the Chief Minister for approval. After getting approval from there, the construction work will start.

That’s why the government has decided to construct women’s shelter homes and protection homes for juveniles and adolescent girls in many cities of the state.
The department is preparing a proposal for construction of juvenile protection homes in many cities along with women’s shelters in many cities including Lucknow.
Director in-charge of the department Sarneet Kaur Broka told that soon the proposal will be prepared and placed before the Chief Minister. After getting approval from there, the construction work will be started. A target has been set to complete the construction in two years.
Women’s shelter child protection home will be built in these districts
According to the proposal being prepared by the department, women’s shelter homes with a capacity of 100 people each will be constructed in Ghazipur, Moradabad and Ghaziabad.
Similarly, in addition to the State Child Protection Home with a capacity of 50 in Agra, one Government Observation Home (Juvenile) with a capacity of 100 each will be constructed in Rae Bareli, Kanpur, Mirzapur and Chitrakoot. Along with this, integrated shelter homes will also be built in Ayodhya, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Lucknow and Amethi.
