ADG PC Meena on Sunday handed over appointment letters to the candidates selected for the posts of Deputy Inspector Civil Police, Platoon Commander PAC and Second Fire Officer in UP Police at Ravindralay Auditorium, Police Line, Bareilly. During the appointment letter distribution ceremony, the newly appointed sub-inspectors also listened to the virtual address of PM Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Sub-inspectors’ faces lit up after getting the appointment letters.
23 women of Bareilly district have also become sub-inspectors. Four women from Badaun, five from Shahjahanpur and six from Pilibhit have also got success.
Whereas, 70 men from Bareilly, 25 from Badaun, 20 from Shahjahanpur and 28 from Pilibhit have been selected as sub-inspectors in UP Police. Along with the candidates who came to collect the certificates, their family members had also reached the function. Two people have been appointed from Bareilly district, three from Shahjahanpur, one each from Badaun and Pilibhit for the post of Platoon Commander PAC.
ADG PC Meena gave the appointment letter to a selected one from Bareilly for the post of second fire officer. The officers inspired the newly appointed officers to work with truth and integrity. IG Dr. Rakesh Singh, SSP Akhilesh Chaurasia and other police officers were also present on this occasion.
ADG PC Meena was distributing the appointment letters. Meanwhile, Himanshu Rana and Shikha Rana of New Modern Rail Colony located in Izzatnagar reached the stage to collect the appointment letters. Here when it was told that Himanshu and Shikha are real sisters. Both of them prepared together in 2020-21 and simultaneously getting appointment to the post of Police Sub Inspector, the auditorium echoed with applause.
Himanshu Rana and Shikha Rana’s father Naresh Singh Rana is a senior technician in Railway while their mother Murti Devi is a homemaker. Himanshu is the eldest of four siblings. Youngest brother Harsh Rana is studying. Himanshu has done MSc Mathematics from Bareilly College. Shikha has done MA in Sociology.
Her younger sister Komal Rana is getting training at Tyat Faridpur. Father Naresh Singh Rana is very happy on the success of daughters. He says that today is no less than a festival for his family.
