Union minister’s attack on Rahul Gandhi: Said- Rahul considers himself above constitution, court and parliament

Central Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav lashed out at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday. Ashwini Vaishnav said that Rahul Gandhi considers it his right to rule this country. He does the politics of right. He thinks that because he is born in a particular family, he is above the constitution, the court and the parliament. He considers himself above the constitution made by Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar.

The Union Minister said, ‘Those who want to tell the action taken against them today against democracy. Those who are alleging corruption should remember how a big conspiracy was hatched in the UPA government to weaken the institutions through corruption. This country was looted. Those who talk about institutions, should tell whether when the Prime Minister of the country was visiting abroad. During that time intuitions are made by tearing an ordinance in a press conference?

What else did the Railway Minister say?
Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said, ‘Rahul Gandhi thinks how any court has given judgment against him? They feel that there is a provision of disqualification in Article 102 of the Constitution, so it should not apply to them. If there is a constitutional provision, it should not apply to them. Because they believe that it is their birthright to rule the country. He wants to keep all the institutions created under Babasaheb’s constitution under himself.

He further said, ‘Rahul Gandhi does the politics of right. He thinks that since he is born in a particular family, he is above the constitution, court and parliament. He also thinks that he is above the Constitution of India. The Union Minister said, Rahul Gandhi insulted the OBC community and when the court convicted him, he said that the court itself was wrong.
