A case of rape of a married woman has come to light in Allapur, Georgetown. The allegation is on Ganesh Pratap Singh, the audit officer posted in the township. The victim says that after taking her to the hotel by deceit, the accused molested her after giving her beer. After this also made obscene video and ran away by snatching the mobile. The police have registered a case and are engaged in the investigation.
The victim is a resident of Hamirpur and she is having a case with her husband. He alleges that the accused called him and invited him to his reception party on April 22 at Prayagraj. In connection with the case, she came only on 21 April. Around 5 pm, the accused met him at Civil Lines from where he took him to a hotel in Allapur.
After this, she was made to drink water mixed with intoxicants, due to which she fainted. On regaining consciousness, he found himself naked. On protest, the accused threatened to kill by showing pornographic videos. Then made her drink beer mixed with intoxicants and raped her. After this, snatched the mobile and ran away. Georgetown SO Dhirendra Singh said that investigation is being done by registering a case.

According to sources, earlier the accused and the victim used to stay in the city and prepare for competitive exams. The two had met through a female friend. Meanwhile, the accused was selected, while the victim got married. One special thing is that the victim has already filed two cases of rape and gang rape.
