Penalty of three years for entering other’s house at night, the whole matter came to light

A Penalty man has been sentenced to three years in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. In fact, he has been accused of breaking into someone’s house during the night. Along with this, he also threatened that if he tells the police, he will kill him. The JMFC court in Jabalpur convicted Bhol Singh Lodhi, a resident of Belkheda, accused of breaking into someone else’s house in the middle of the night. With this, he was sentenced to three years rigorous imprisonment. Along with this, a fine of five hundred rupees was also imposed.

Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer Bhagwandas Patel presented the case on behalf of the prosecution. He argued that the complainant, Raghuvar Prasad, a resident of Mauli village, had given a written complaint at the Belkheda police station, alleging that on August 31, 2015, he was sleeping at his home after having dinner.

Daughter and son-in-law were sleeping in the next room. Son-in-law Vinod Kumar Chadhar suddenly woke up and saw the accused running away from inside the house. So, the son-in-law shouted.

Hearing Penalty the voice, everyone raised an alarm of thieves. Everyone saw the accused running away. He was also nabbed near the courtyard. Nothing in the house was stolen. While running away, he was threatening that if a report is lodged with the police, he will kill everyone.
